In 2008, Bamboo Sushi became the world’s first certified sustainable sushi restaurant. As the brand expanded throughout the US, each restaurant was designed with custom details relevant to the location. This custom wallpaper in three colorways playfully illustrates the relationship between conservation efforts and sustainable sourcing. The design features a cast of balletic tuna and a chorus of elegant Postelsia palmaeformis, also known as sea palm.
